FAQ for Rentals


How do I place a reservation? Reservations are placed when a signed contract and 50% deposit is received by Ruby Design, LLC. 

When should I book the rentals for my event? This is a tough one! The best answer is as soon as you possibly can. Although we have an extensive inventory, many of our items have a limited quantity, so for the best selection, place your rental order early!

When is my final payment due? Final payment is due 2 full weeks ahead of the event date. Each invoice has the final payment due date clearly stated at the top of the page.

Can I visit your showroom? Absolutely! Anytime during normal business hours walk-ins are allowed. Saturdays are very busy though, so if you can make an appointment, we always appreciate them! We are located at 711 Mike McCarthy Way Ashwaubenon.

When can I pick my items up for my event? Weekend rentals are available for pickup by 2PM on the Thursday immediately prior to your event. They can be picked up anytime during normal business hours after that.

When are my items due back? All rental items are due back by 5PM on Monday immediately following the event.
