Pricing Views

The new software offers two options in how a business "sees" their pricing. See the options below. Pricing will NOT vary between these two, it is just how the pricing is displayed on invoices for you.

Billing Preference

Billing: Would you prefer to pay via individual invoices or via a monthly statement? Either way you will receive an invoice for each order. Individual Invoices: Paying each order individually - Net 30 from the Invoice Date Statements: Payment for an entire months invoices set for Net30 from the 1st of the Month/Statement Date. *Note any past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% Finance Charge* (Monthly Statement Payment Allowances are only available to customer who place routine orders - Ruby Design will notify you of this).

Additional Billing Email/Contact

Billing: Would you like any additional people CC'd on any billing correspondence (ie. accounts payable department, etc). If Yes, what is their contact information?
